Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 23 July 2026
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, and your statutory rights.
Complete before advertising: confirm your actual return window and address in the placeholders below. Ad platforms require a clear, accurate return policy.
Your right to cancel (UK)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You then have 14 days to send the item back.
We offer a return window of [PLACEHOLDER — e.g. 14 or 30 days] from delivery, which meets or exceeds this.
How to return an item
- Email us at hello@example.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item.
- We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
- Send the item back in a resaleable condition, ideally in its original packaging. Keep your proof of postage.
Return postage: [PLACEHOLDER — state who pays return postage, e.g. "customer covers return postage unless the item is faulty".]
Returning bedding
You are entitled to handle an item as you would in a shop, which for a blanket means unfolding it and feeling the fabric. If it has been slept under, washed, or comes back with marks, pet hair or odours, we may reduce your refund to reflect the lost value — that is what the Consumer Contracts Regulations allow, and we will always tell you the amount and why before we process it.
[PLACEHOLDER — if you decide to offer a more generous "sleep on it" trial than the statutory minimum, state the exact terms here. Do not advertise a trial you have not written down.]
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within [PLACEHOLDER — e.g. 14 days] to your original payment method. Delivery charges are refunded in line with your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you — a repair, replacement, or refund, including return postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
